WHAT IS PRAM?PRAM is a statewide organization that offers networking opportunities and hosts monthly programs featuring professional speakers to discuss a variety of topics relevant to the public relations profession. This chapter has been formed to build a program of activities that will contribute to the expanded scope of professional achievement of its members. By offering members a forum within their own ranks, the chapter pledges to make a valuable contribution to the art and science of public relations policies and practices throughout the area of its influence. WHY JOIN PRAM?The objectives of the chapter are as follows:
WHO CAN BE A MEMBER?Membership in the Oxford/Ole Miss chapter is open to those persons studying or working in public relations or related fields involving the use of public relations techniques. Member backgrounds include healthcare, education, government, non-profits, tourism, economic development, retail and the arts/entertainment industry. Membership is open to professionals and students.
WHEN DOES PRAM MEET?PRAM meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except July and December) from noon to 1 p.m. in the meeting room of Newk's Restaurant, 1309 University Ave. Click Here for a map. |
